I release shoulder, neck and low back tightness from chronic computer strain and sitting all day. 

 

My focus is more neuromuscular style to address trigger points and get to the root cause of your discomfort. I combine that with some swedish techniques to provide a highly effective yet relaxing experience so you leave the session feeling recharged. 

 

These just highlight a few of the ways I use massage and yoga sessions to deliver the results my clients are seeking. Self-care is a huge part in maintaining balance (or homeostasis) in the body. I always give my clients simple stretches or other wellness tips at the end of each session as reminders to continue to take proper care between visits. 

 

I added Health Coaching to my practice to better serve my clients in effectively overcoming stress overwhelm so they can look and feel 10-15 years younger, regain control of their time and have Energy on Demand
