I went to Kelly because of severe shoulder pain (I couldn't lift my arm, even after having steroid shots - nothing seemed to help). She focused her massage on specific muscles, worked on my trigger points and helped me relieve my pain - which was going on for weeks at that time-immensely. After each massage appoinmtent she showed me certain exercises and also suggested some self massage techniques I can do at home. I am so grateful for her knowledge!!!!

I have taken many Yoga classes over the past 10 years when I was living in NY. When I relocated to Charlotte in January 2013, it was a couple of weeks later that I found Kelly's yoga class.  I must say that Kelly's yoga class & instructions far surpass any class I've ever had.  What keeps me coming are Kelly's method of teaching, her calm soothing voice, her skill in showing me how to stretch, sometimes out of my comfort zone, but at the same time giving me alternative positions, that will provide the same results.  Kelly addresses all skill levels and is welcoming to everyone.  I so look forward to Kelly's classes and when I'm away on vacation, etc, I miss Kelly & her yoga instruction.  After yoga, I have such a serenity of spirit which I maintain throughout the day.  Not only does Kelly have a quiet drive and soft enthusiasm, she transfers that feeling to her students.  I find I'm able to get into a plank position and move to lower plank then flow through seamlessly to downward dog and many other positions all due to Kelly's instruction and tips on how to position your body and proper breathing techniques.  Our class always ends with Kelly softly providing meditative thoughts and ways of approaching life and its circumstances, then Namaste!  Take Kelly's class one time & you will see, she's Awesome!!

I have been attending Kelly’s yoga classes for about 2 years.  She is truly wonderful!!! She has a vast knowledge of the human body from her massage practice.  This enables her to better help you when certain areas are inflamed.  She’s always very cautious to help alter poses to ensure that you do not injure or push your body too hard.  She always offers several variations to either simplify or make a pose more advanced. Kelly had a holistic approach to yoga tying mind, body, spirit & nutrition together.  I have learned so much from her not only about yoga but how to best take care of my body.  Her final thoughts at the end of class sometimes stay with me for weeks! I have had back pain since I was a teen. Thanks to yoga & Kelly, I now live without pain.  My body has never looked better & I feel great.
