I first started working with Kelly while treating an injury during my first full marathon training. The therapy she provided certainly helped me to cross the finish line. Since then, I have worked with Kelly through multiple full marathons and have been less prone to injury. Her approach to wellness has been beneficial whether to provide balance during a training cycle or eliminate the day-to-day stress of working in front of a computer. I went to Kelly because of severe shoulder pain (I couldn't lift my arm, even after having steroid shots - nothing seemed to help). She focused her massage on specific muscles, worked on my trigger points and helped me relieve my pain - which was going on for weeks at that time-immensely. After each massage appoinmtent she showed me certain exercises and also suggested some self massage techniques I can do at home. I am so grateful for her knowledge!!!!
